Imperial takes over fleet management for Bomag

10.03.2017 – Duisburg. Bomag GmbH, which has its headquarters in Boppard and is the global market leader in compaction technology, has instructed Imperial Fleet Management to procure and administer its fleet of company cars. The contract covers a fleet of 150 vehicles, which are spread over six regional branches in Germany.

Imperial will provide the classic partial services from its service modules for Bomag. They include the following for this new customer: ordering process, direct driver communications/service hotline, contract management, speeding/parking fine management, invoicing, claims management, electronic driving licence checks, fuel card management and reporting.

Bomag, which was founded in 1957 (2,500 employees, twelve independent companies abroad, more than 400 dealers) is part of the French Fayat Group and is the global market leader in the field of compaction technology. It manufactures machines for compacting soil, asphalt and refuse, stabilisers, recyclers and cold milling and finishing machines. 

Imperial Fleet Management

Operating under the umbrella of the logistics expert Imperial Logistics International, Imperial Fleet Management is an efficient provider of professional support and administration services for company vehicle fleets, ranging from cars to rented vehicles and even trucks. Imperial Logistics International 

As a wholly owned subsidiary of the South African company Imperial Holdings Limited, Imperial Logistics International is responsible for coordinating and managing all the international logistics business of Imperial Holdings Limited outside Africa.
